Managing Director

PRAVIN KUMAR RAI - Managing Director, a Graduate Engineer from JK Institute of Technology and applied Physics University of Allahabad and MBA from Shobhit University Meerut had been in telecommunication field having 23 year’s experience . He has experience of rolling out Vodafone –UP West, AIRTEL GSM Network of Delhi, Idea 2G Rollout Rajasthan ,Aircel-HP Rollout of GSM Network and Parallel Planning and Design of Backbone and short Hops .

As a Head of Network Planning he rolled out BSNL-LWE Project in LWE States and Parallel Network Planning o f Different Network Operators India as well as Outside of India. Before starting RSIP, Mr.Rai worked for VNL as Network Planning head for Rollout 2G/3G/4G and Wi-Fi Network for India and Outside India.

Director

SHWETA RAI - Director & HR Management, a Post Graduate from University of Lucknow and Diploma certification in Computer Science from UPTRON ACL and ZAP info tech with total 12 Years of experience of various IT Projects. She has very good experience as technical trainer in different stream with different IT & Dish Service Provider Company and worked as a head trainer in private sector (DishTV).She handles Quality and management in DISH TV Noida,UP.
